  • Sired by Ch. Tapscott's the Dominator ("Tyler") ex Ch. Prescott J's Chantilly ("Tilly"), Billy was bred by Julie Vogel of Oeste Havanese and Jeannene Johnston of San Juan Havanese. 
  • Billy was awarded Toy Group 1 as a class dog, and an Award of Merit at Westminster when he was barely a year old.  He has numerous Best of Breed wins and Toy Group placements.   
  • Billy is the sire of our specials, BISS GCh Oeste's Havnfun Playin an Outlaw ("Bart"), MRBIS, MBISS GCh Oeste's Flirt'n with an Outlaw ("Feliz"), BIS RBIS GCh Oeste's Stealing the Starlight ("Lucia").  Billy is also the sire of numerous other champions, known for their beauty, structural soundness, movement and great dispositions.  Billy was born in New Mexico, near the haunts of the outlaw, Billy the Kid, so Billy and his descendants have outlaw-themed names.
