Following in the footsteps of her older sister Feliz, Lucia was awarded Toy Group 1 and Best in Show at the Santa Clara Kennel Club Show on February 18, 2014.
The previous day, Lucia was awarded Toy Group 1 and Reserve Best in Show.

These wins came only 1 month after Lucia completed her Grand Championship, a feat she accomplished in only 10 days.

In her limited show career, Lucia has since been received additional Toy Group 1 awards and many other group placements, in addition to Best of Breed wins.
Lucia is a sister to Feliz and litter sister to Merrily.
She was born black and white, with litte white dots on her back, which was the inspiration for her name "Stealing the Starlight."
Her call name "Lucia" means "soft light" and, true to that name, Lucia has silvered so the name "soft light" fits her coat color very nicely.
Lucia has a soft, feminine quality, and a breathtaking gait, whether moving across a show ring or out on a neighborhood walk.
After Lucia completed her championship in 2013, she returned to the show ring in 2014, and earned her Grand Championship in 10 days.
